Pinwheel table square
I was inspired to make use of the special characteristics of this weave structure to design tessellations. Tessellations are repeating shapes which fill an entire two dimensional surface without overlaps or gaps. Gradients of light vs. dark colours add depth to the design.

Bio
I have been weaving for almost 50 years. I love to explore colour and structure. I have been active in several weaving guilds, as I have moved between the USA and Canada. And I have taught on a wide variety of subjects, including spinning and dyeing. I am currently exploring extended block parallel threadings, and multi-layer double weave origami.
